This is a great business model as long as the seller still realizes that you brought the buyer and should get paid. Just having a post on PropertyGuys website doesn’t mean you sold it your self. You can post it on kijiji for free and the REALTORS and public will still see it.

Seems that the market is slowing and the private sale companies haven’t adjusted yet. It seems that the list prices are higher than market value. Buyers be ware. This is the time to make sure you work with a real estate professional.
