Rent-to-own is NOT always the best solution when you have been turned down by the bank to buy a home. Talk with a mortgage professional to see what you can do to fix the problem and find out how long that will take…. waiting 6 months might be all it takes.

wow… i really learned a lot of things in here.. We really need to think twice or if possible it takes a month to decide if you really can afford evrything to have your own home.
